Flavor Profile:
* Prickly Pear Essence: Provides a mild, natural sweetness with a subtle melon-like flavor and hints of berry; evokes the unique taste of the Southwest desert fruit.
* China Black FOP (Flowery Orange Pekoe): A high-grade black tea known for its full-bodied, rich, and malty character; adds depth and strength to the blend.
* Rose Hips: Contributes a tangy, slightly citrusy note with a hint of floral brightness; enhances the tea's fruity complexity and smooth finish.
Brewing Recommendations:
* Use fresh, filtered water
* Steep 1 tsp of tea per 8 oz cup
* Water temperature: 200–212°F (93–100°C)
* Steep time: 3–5 minutes, depending on desired strength
Usage:
* Serve iced for a refreshing, fruity beverage
* Pairs well with light pastries or fruit-based desserts
Hot Brewing method: Start with 10 oz of fresh water. Use tea portions and brewing temperatures below.
Black Teas:

- Temperature- 200 - 212°F
- Time - 3-5 min.
Iced Tea - Double the amount of tea using the chart above. After brewing hot tea, immediately pour it over a glass of ice. Add more ice if needed.
Storage - The best way to store tea is at room temperature in an airtight tea canister. Keep tea away from heat, light, air, and moisture.
