Lung Ching Dragonwell is perhaps the best known of the Chinese teas. This famous tea comes from the Hangzhou region in Zhejiang province. Its flavor has a smooth sweetness with a hint of nut. It has 4 distinct characteristics: a jade-like color, vegetative aroma, a warm chestnut-like flavor, and a feather-like shape. It has a nice long finish when properly steeped at below 190ºF for 2 to 2.5 minutes.
