We tried to match the classic Hawaiian Kona coffee in this blend by mixing high grown coffees from Central and South America. The blend of medium-bodied and flavorful coffees produces an incredibly smooth flavor. This is one our most popular blends because it is a lighter roast with an intense flavor. The name denotes a blend using several coffees that display the traditional Big Island flavor.
Blend notes: Matching the profile of the coffee beans grown in Kona, we blend a delicious Costa Rican with other medium bodied South American coffee beans. This gives a mild and smooth taste.
Cupping notes: smooth taste, medium bodied, caramel, bright with a hint of sweet berries.
