About Finca Fatima
Finca Fatima is a 90-hectare estate tucked into the lush highlands of Santa Rosa, part of Guatemala’s Fraijanes region.
Owned by Antonio Ibañez and his family, the farm was once used for livestock and lumber before being transformed into a thriving coffee estate in 1998.
Today, Finca Fatima is known for its dedication to sustainability and its sweet, volcanic-grown coffees produced with care and commitment.
The Fraijanes Plateau
This region is shaped by the active Pacaya volcano, whose minerals and microclimates create an ideal environment for coffee.
Fraijanes coffees are renowned for their sweetness, clarity, and gentle brightness — qualities you’ll taste in every cup of Finca Fatima.
Processing
Harvested by hand over five months to ensure peak ripeness, each cherry is depulped and fermented overnight before being washed and sun-dried on traditional patios.
This time-honored washed process enhances the coffee’s clean sweetness and bright, balanced flavor profile.
Cupping Notes
Soft and creamy with layers of brown-sugar sweetness, subtle citrus oil, and tropical fruit undertones.
A balanced cup with a smooth body and refined finish — sweet, bright, and remarkably clean.
