We blend a Central American and South American coffee for the base of this dark roast. The oils in the beans are brought to the surface during the roasting process, which makes the rich flavor stand out in comparison to lighter roasts.
After tasting it at the restaurants we supply with this roast, customers are instantly attracted to the rich taste and smooth nature of this coffee. This dark roast is one of our best selling coffees and is excellent as a black cup of coffee or any espresso drink. Also available in decaf.
Coffee Profile: Out of all our dark roasts, French falls in between Vienna and Italian. Though it is not the darkest roast we offer, the profile is notably flavorful and attracts customers that are drawn to a very strong, smooth cup of black coffee.
