Your order is roasted after it is placed to insure freshness, custom blending, and quality. This means roasted coffees are shipped or delivered immediately after the order is processed. This guarantees you the freshest coffee and teas.

All coffees are air roasted. Roasting delicious coffees to the "optimum" roast depends on moisture, content, density, age, and origin of each coffee. The air roasting method is the most consistent roasting method. The process of air roasting consists of suspending the coffee in the roast chamber on a bed of hot air. During this process, hot air circulates around the beans causing them to tumble while roasting and removes the chaff...leaving perfectly roasted coffee beans. This translates to better tasting coffee.
